The rules for using Archive.

Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Archive, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Archive on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

Archive helps users analyze outfits, save closet context, generate styling guidance, and discover product links. Archive does not sell physical goods directly, process retailer purchases, guarantee product availability, or control retailer pricing, shipping, returns, taxes, sizing, or order fulfillment.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Archive.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Archive only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account.
• You must keep sign-in links, devices, and credentials secure.

Your content

You may upload photos, prompts, messages, closet items, saved fits, style preferences, and other content. You keep ownership of your content. You give Archive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and create outputs from your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.

AI outputs and styling guidance

Archive uses automated systems and third-party providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, mislabeled, or not suitable for your circumstances. Archive is not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing styling advice, product matches, prices, sizes, materials, availability, retailer policies, and any purchase decision.

Shopping, retailers, and affiliate disclosure

Archive may show links to third-party retailers, marketplaces, or product search results. Some links may be affiliate links or may otherwise generate compensation for Archive. This does not change the price you pay. Third-party retailers are solely responsible for their own products, listings, descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping, returns, customer service, and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Archive for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload images of people without appropriate rights or consent.
• Attempt to identify, harass, exploit, or harm another person.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, or security protections.
• Use Archive to develop competing models or services where prohibited by law or contract.
• Transmit malware, spam, or code that disrupts the Service.

Archive intellectual property

Archive, Archie, the Archive interface, design, branding, software, product logic, documentation, and related materials are owned by Archive or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you allow Archive to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Archive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using Archive at any time.

Disclaimers

Archive is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute services. Archive's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Archive for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Archive and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your purchases from third parties, or your violation of these Terms or law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Archive is organized or primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your location may still apply.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Archive after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
